Notes:  Talk about brand confusion! "1968" is inserted before the phrase "World Championship Game" on the cover, but not on the ticket, but at least the art is consistent on both (which would not be the case for the next 2 games).  

Although referred to informally as the "Super Bowl," since its inception, it would not be the official moniker until 1969 and would not truly "stick" until the Roman numerals were officially added in 1971.
