Notes: Program cover and ticket art match for the first two (2) "World Championship Games." AFL and NFL are referenced in the title of the game as well. Official logos of both leagues also appear on the ticket. This was the only "Super Bowl" that did not sell out and the only one that was broadcast on two (2) networks (NBC had the AFL rights and CBS had the NFL rights). $12.00 face value and a 4:00 pm Eastern time kick-off.
