It's NCAA tournament time - which means it's time to win your March Madness pool.

We've assembled a comprehensive guide of stories, links and videos that will help you learn more about all 68 teams competing for the NCAA Division I men's basketball championship. Our hope is this will help you pick the right Final Four contenders and the big upsets that'll leave your colleagues befuddled.

Step 1: Print your bracket!

Well, you can't get anywhere without filling one out. And maybe you need to print a few out, just so you give it a few trial runs. Practice makes perfect.

Step 2: Get to know the teams

Again, there are 68 teams in the NCAA tournament. It's time to read up a little on every single one of them.

What's that? You don't have time? Guess what -- everyone in your pool is saying the same thing. Stand out from the pack. Be the better player.

South regionKansas and Villanova are the top dogs in this bracket, but there are some talented middle seeds in here, including No. 5 Maryland, No. 6 Arizona and No. 7 Iowa.

• East regionMichigan gets a First Four game vs. Tulsa, but then it runs into Notre Dame, which could be the sleeper that can make some noise against the likes of North Carolina and Xavier.

 West regionOregon's the surprise top seed. Buddy Hield and Oklahoma are No. 2. And Duke, somehow, is No. 4. This region could get really interesting.

• Midwest region: Virginia and Michigan State - again in the same bracket. Flint's Monte Morris leads No. 4 Iowa State, Purdue's big men check in at No. 5 and Syracuse found a way to sneak in as a No. 10.

Step 3: Review the game film

One of the great thrills of March Madness is the shocking upsets. What's even better is correctly predicting one in your office pool. So which team(s) should you peg for a Cinderella run?
