In 2008, the 2,000 sq ft PackerPlex was the first property in Green Bay to offer a Green Bay Packer themed specific vacation property. The PACKERPLEX is a must for any Packer fan coming to Green Bay. We are now renting out PackerPlex at Lambeau for the 2016 Green Bay Packer season and offseason. The PackerPlex is conveniently located in quiet neighborhood directly across the street from Lambeau field, and just down the street from the Resch Center and Brown County Arena. This centrally located property is ideal for fans coming in and needing accommodations in Green Bay while going to Packer games or any other event. The home encompasses two levels with approximately 1,200 sq ft of living area on the ground level and 800 sq ft on the lower level. Both levels have been professionally renovated and every room of the home is a football fan's dream.

The ground level sleeps up to ten people and the lower level sleeps up to six people. Both levels are completely 'Packered' out and every room has a Packer theme from the paint to the officially licensed Packer carpeting, Packer bedding, towels, wall hangings, etc. This all adds to the aura of the 'Frozen Tundra.'

Both levels include 52' flat screen HDTV’s with HD/digital cable for watching football or anything else on the brand new comfortable furniture. High-speed wi-fi internet cable and DVD is also included. The ground level has a brand new kitchen including oak cabinets, solid granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The lower level has a kitchenette with mini-fridge and microwave. Both levels also include a coffeemaker, blender, silverware, plates and dishes, towels, linens, etc. For those rare warm days the units have central A/C, and for those cold Green Bay days both units are comfortably heated.

There is a huge back yard for gatherings along with a professional LP gas barbeque and fire pit. The property driveway can accomodate 8-10 cars. The home has been designed to accentuate your entire 'Packer' experience while in Green Bay.
