We can't get enough of these photos of Michigan and the Great Lakes from outer space.
The latest is from Scott Kelly, an American astronaut who tweeted a widely shared photo of Chicago and Lake Michigan late Wednesday night.
You can see the bright lights of the Windy City - and other major cities such as Minneapolis - along with the southern part of Lake Michigan and the west side of the Lower Peninsula, including Grand Rapids.

But maybe the coolest part of this photo is to the north, where you can see the northern lights phenomenon (aurora borealis).
