REMEMBER THIS "POLAR VORTEX" AKA THE BLIZZARD OF 78?

 

One of several major snowstorms during the winter of 1977 and 1978 struck the Midwest Jan. 25th-27th. The storm brought heavy snow and 10- to 20-foot drifts from Michigan to Ohio and Indiana. A total of 70 people were killed due to the storm.
