'Man in purple sombrero' arrested after Packers parking lot brawl

If you're going to get into a massive brawl outside of Lambeau Field, you may want to wear less conspicuous headwear.

The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports that a 40-year-old Lakeland, Minn. man was charged with felonious substantial battery after a fight involving 20 to 30 people in the parking lot of Sideline Sports Bar, which is located directly across the street from the iconic stadium.

The man was apprehended after police radio broadcasts noted that authorities were "seeking a man wearing a purple sombrero."

Look, it has to be hard to travel to a rival stadium, watch your team lose and likely be heckled about your sartorial choices by a bunch of people wearing giant foam pieces of cheese on their heads. But that's no reason to allegedly knock a 50-year-old man unconscious.
