ROOKIE OF THE YEAR:  TOM LAAGE

Tom Laage took time of his busy retirement schedule to join us for his first NMU Packer Weekend.   Hey, a man can only fish, hunt, chew and watch so much television.

Laags narrowly won Rookie of the Year based on the following: 

• TNT was the Mystery Guest, not sure you can be both the Mystery Guest AND Rookie of the Year. Besidies, that sneaky little shit TNT must have scammed his way down to our tailgage with Stew at least once during college making him  ineligible for rookie stauts.

• Laags kept it positve and stayed relatively sober, which came in very handy when he acted like the sole grown up in the group and accompanied America's Guest to the fire station and then the Emergency Room.  More on that later, but thanks for taking care of Strubes so we could keep partying.
