This guy or in some combination with Laage as suggested by Chip?  Well, he got very drunk, but it was Friday night with his high school friends and he ended up in the ER on Saturday.  Doesn't seem fair.

Yup, I think it's this guy, if for no other reason than saying the same damn thing over and over again! Don't forget the toxic drunk breath either.  Way to go buddy!
